Class Descriptions

Pilates for Everyone 

This dynamic mat class will accommodate everyone (except someone with serious injuries).  The foundational principles of STOTT Pilates will be taught with an inclusion of anatomy and alignment to ensure  a safe environment for people to get a great workout.  Emphasis will be on working the body in all planes to create core strength and balance in the body.

Intro 2 Pilates  (Foundations)

This slower-paced, dynamic class will teach the 5 foundational principles of STOTT Pilates to ensure the essence of the exercises is learned using  proper form and alignment.  This provides a safe environment for individuals to explore and grow as they move and build strength.

Pilates Level 2

This dynamic mat class uses a variety of STOTT Pilates props in innovative ways to add variety and challenge to the class and increase intensity while maintaining core connection and exercise execution.  Prior pilates practice is strongly encouraged or (3) private trainings with Paula prior to joining class.

Private Training

The ultimate Pilates experience. A solo or partner experience centered around the Reformer machine. Training sessions are 55 minutes long.


$70 per session
$520 for a package of 8 sessions

$88 per session
$640 for a package of 8 sessions ($320 per person)

*Note:  Prepaid packages expire after 6 months (some exceptions apply)
